FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING

Briury offers complimentary standard shipping on every order worldwide.

Orders are prepared and dispatched from the United Kingdom.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days.

Processing time does not include weekends or UK public holidays. During launches, promotions and busy periods, additional processing time may be required.

You will receive a dispatch confirmation by email when your order leaves our facility.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery estimates begin after dispatch:

• United Kingdom: 2–5 business days
• Europe: 4–8 business days
• United States and Canada: 5–10 business days
• Rest of the world: 7–14 business days

These delivery times are estimates and are not guarantees.

Customs inspections, severe weather, public holidays, remote destinations and events outside the carrier’s control may cause delays.

TRACKING

When the selected delivery service provides tracking, the tracking number and carrier information will be sent to the email address used at checkout.

Tracking information can require up to 48 hours to update after dispatch.

DUTIES AND IMPORT TAXES

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs charges or carrier fees.

Unless checkout clearly states that these charges are included, they are not included in the product price and remain the customer’s responsibility.

Briury cannot control or predict charges imposed by customs authorities in the destination country.

DELIVERY ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

If you need to correct an address, contact support@briury.com immediately. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfilment or dispatch has started.

DELIVERY ISSUES

If your tracking information shows an unusual delay, contact support@briury.com with your order number.

If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address, refusal, unpaid customs charges or repeated failed delivery attempts, additional shipping costs may be deducted from the refund where permitted.
